YOUR TASKS
• Conduct recruitment activity
• Conduct agency development process
• Monitoring agency performance
• Joint field work with agency force

REQUIREMENTS
• A Malaysian citizens
• Minimum Diploma
• Minimum 10 years working experience in insurance or banking as a staff
• Minimum 5 years working experience as an advisor in insurance/takaful agency
• Good leadership skill
